Jang Nara’s Airport Fashion. She’s off to China to shoot a Chinese project right after Korea’s KBS School 2013. Fighting!

I just finished School 2013 .. and I feel irritated.

Ok. so don’t hate me, I think it was a great show and had its share of great scenes and moments..AND i know everybody loves it. But, does anyone else feel like the story went really..nowhere? What I mean is, the writers kept introducing these “possible” paths the story can take, but it was just not pursued or quickly resolved. There were only three main problems they kept using: Oh Jung Ho, one of the two teachers being fired/quitting, Nam Soon-Heung So (Rinse Lather Repeat for the next 16 episodes). I guess what really bothered me is the problems all started to sound a bit too similar and there were so many conflicting messages.
What I couldn’t get over is the whole “Come to school, even if you’re not good at studying just try” and then when students did try, I know one wanted to participate in the essay contest, the other wanted to attend vocational school but they were both shut down by the teachers because their grades were too low or they skipped too many classes in the past. So doesn’t that just crush any motivation?? IDK, i’m probably thinking too much into it and i’m sure the intent was to make this is as real as possible but it’s still a korean drama. I did wish there was more character development and a real plot we could follow. Maybe if we saw more outside the school scenes it would have been better too.
Overall I would still recommend this show, but I watched it because I was a BabyFaced Beauty fan and this is probably why I’m ultra disappointed. It’s just a completely different genre and focus.
Final Words: I followed this show from it’s first episode and weekly as it aired until the 16th episode. However, I can sum-up what happened to you in probably 10-15 minutes. maximum.
